Here at Granthams Family Bakers, we take allergens very seriously.
Allergens present on site are -

Cereals containing gluten
Crustaceans
Eggs
Fish
Lupin
Milk
Mollusc
Mustard
Nuts
Peanuts
Sesame Seeds
Soya
Sulphur Dioxide
We have allergen controls in place, trained staff, and thorough clean-ups. However, due to the nature of our bakery site and the manufacturing process, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from the above allergens.
WE ADVISE NOT TO CONSUME OUR PRODUCTS IF YOU HAVE A SERIOUS ALLERGY.
Our shop staff have specifications available to answer any questions customers may ask regarding the allergens in our products, during visits to our shops or for queries over the phone or by email.
